I work as a writer and as a writing teacher. I'd enjoy a good pal to hang out with who enjoys at least a few of the following: movies, festivals, art museums, D&D, comics, books, writing, art, music, good food, forests, hiking, dogs, conversation, road trips to unusual places, live theatre, live jazz. I'd prefer someone who can enjoy the company of people, as well as time as a couple, someone relatively stable, mature, with a positive attitude, or at least a persevering heart. It's a beautiful world, but it can be a hard world out there, sometimes. We can make it better or worse for people. I try to make it better. I tend to be an optimist. I'd eventually like a partner who is too.

If you were daddy-ish I wouldn't mind. I'm looking for a lifetime partner eventually, but I'm enjoying hanging out with guys who start off as friends or friends with benefits too. I'm an ENFP, if you know what that is.

I spend my spare time either writing and trying to establish that as a career, painting portraits as a side hustle, or planning my teaching for college writing courses. When I do relax, I love to eat, watch TV or movies, visit with friends.

I'm on the job market as a writing professor which means I could end up anywhere... I don't know if Dayton is my home or not, but it is for now.
