My Bear friend, I want to ask the entire mbr op mmunity to shake hands with a Veteran tomorrow and tell them thank you. They are the true hero's of this country and other countries who has fought for and sometimes died or worse permanently disabled, for the freedom we now enjoy, and if you know a family of one of those hero's that died for their country go to them and tell them thank you for their sacrifice to. Well the dieting is working I have gone from 275 down to 240 just have to keep it up but it is hard when the docs have you on Prednisone that stuff is great but sure ruins your figure.
