BEAR REALITY CHECK

Bears, there's a lot of discord on the Bear community these days, and we need to take a moment to re-evaluate our priorities. A lot of our Bear
clubs are disintigrating before our very eyes; Bears are coppin' attitudes at each other for no good reasons; and we seem to be losing the ability to
care for each other the way we did only twelve months
ago.
It is very important that we continue to stand together as men. Our discord and annihilation are exactly what the religious right-wing extremists want; that's what they're dying to see happen. And they will stop at nothing to make our destruction a reality. Which makes it so very important that we NOT give in to wasting our energy on petty squabling and needless conflicts, and continue to stand in unity and solidarity...
Is it time for revolution in the Bear community?
You know, I've noticed this year that we hardly ever see two Bears giving each other Bear-hugs and/or kissing. All we do now is shake hands, and we do little of that.......there's a noticable dark, cold cloud come over all of us. And it doesn't have to be this way.......
Fighting against each other only guarantees our extermination...
Some of our Bears are gettin' way too carried away with their anger and letting it turn into hatred of every one and every thing.......Anger is an energy. Use it. Direct it.
The truth is, Bears have the highest IQ's in the entire gay community. Sorry Elton, Melissa, Ellen, but those are the facts. And even though that makes us "superior beings", it does NOT give us the right to waste our superiority on being selfish, self-centered and hateful. We are better than that!
Take back your Bear community!
The next time you find yourself gettin' steamed up 'cause you don't like the way another Bear expresses himself, or you don't care for what
he's wearing that day; take a moment to think the situation over/go for a roam through your favorite woods, and let the bigger picture present itself
to you.......
United, we will stand, proud and free; but divided, we fall to chaos, destruction and ruin. And there will be NO Bear community...and there will
be NO MORE BEARS!
